These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gramodyami.com and any service you order from Gramodyami Enterprises ("Gramodyami", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We design, build, host and maintain web applications, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), websites and related digital tools for businesses, associations and self-help groups ("Services"). The exact scope, features, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written quotation or proposal shared with you on WhatsApp or email ("Quotation").

2. Quotation and acceptance

• A Quotation is valid for 15 days unless it states otherwise.
• Work begins only after you confirm the Quotation in writing (WhatsApp or email is sufficient) and pay the first milestone or advance, if any.
• Any work outside the agreed scope is a change request. We will tell you the extra cost and time before doing it.

3. Payments

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, if any, are charged as per law.
• Payments are made in milestones as stated in the Quotation, through UPI, bank transfer or an online payment gateway.
• Recurring charges (hosting, maintenance or subscription plans) are billed in advance for the period stated.
• Charges of third-party services you choose (domain names, paid APIs, SMS/WhatsApp providers, payment-gateway fees) are payable by you, directly or through us at actual cost.
• If a milestone payment is overdue by more than 15 days, we may pause work until it is cleared.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, logos, prices, images and business details, and make sure you have the right to use them.
• Hold every licence or registration your business needs (for example FSSAI, trade licence or professional registration). We only display what you provide.
• Use the delivered application lawfully and keep your passwords and admin access secure.

5. Delivery, testing and acceptance

We deliver a working preview link for your review. You have 7 days from delivery of each milestone to report issues. If no issues are reported in that period, or once you start using the application for your business, the milestone is treated as accepted.

6. Bug fixes and support

Defects in the agreed features that are reported within 30 days after final delivery are fixed free of charge, unless the Quotation states a different period. New features, design changes and issues caused by third-party services or by changes made by someone other than us are not covered and are quoted separately.

7. Intellectual property

• After full payment, you own the content and the custom design made specifically for your project.
• We keep ownership of our own reusable code, libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your delivered application.
• Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the name, logo and screenshots of your project in our portfolio.

8. Hosting and third-party services

Applications may run on third-party platforms such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Google or payment gateways. Their availability and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes of these providers, but we will help you respond to them.

9. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where an application we build stores data about your customers or members, you remain responsible for collecting that data lawfully and with consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business or data, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement by written notice. Payments and refunds on termination are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. On termination we hand over all work that has been paid for.

12. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy its content for commercial use or use it to send spam. Information on this website is for general guidance and may change without notice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Latur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
